Fox Strategy Co is led by Ryan Fox. Ryan began his career supporting identity, biometric and applied cryptographic efforts across the United States Defense and Intelligence sectors. He led the development and deployment of the United Nations Identity and Access Management program across 147 global offices, as well as product strategy and development of fraud capabilities across two major credit bureaus. He served as the Chief Product Officer for ID.me during its startup days before joining Capital One where Ryan led efforts around identity verification, fraud detection, digital payments and federated identity services.

Following his time at Capital One, Ryan served as the head of Global Identity and Fraud products for Worldpay (FIS). Ryan holds several patents around identity verification, biometrics and authentication capabilities and has served as a contributing author and speaker across the identity, fraud and security spaces.
